The March 2022 edition of the European Innovation Partnership for Agricultural Productivity and Sustainability (EIP-AGRI) Support Facility monthly newsletter (Edition 100) is now available online.
In honour of the upcoming World Water Day, which will take place on 22nd March, this edition of the EIP-AGRI newsletter focuses on water related EIP-AGRI activities.
The newsletter presents some inspirational ideas about water management, discusses how to tackle flood and drought, highlights some EIP-AGRI focus groups and workshops on agriculture related water topics, and details current funding opportunities and open calls.
The Inagh EIP-AGRI Project, based in West Clare, has also featured in this edition of the newsletter for their recent on-farm meeting with farmers and forestry owners involved in the project. This EIP-AGRI project delivers a catchment sensitive farming approach to improving water quality and biodiversity in the Upper Inagh River.
