In July 2022, the NRN published a booklet showcasing 12 projects and initiatives throughout rural Ireland which have been supported under the LEADER Food Initiative.
Launched in May 2018, €15 million was allocated as part of Ireland’s Rural Development Programme to the LEADER Food Initiative, to support the development of new and existing food and beverage businesses. To showcase the diversity and geographical range of projects featured in the booklet, an interactive StoryMap has recently been created and launched by the NRN. You can view it here.
