William Parnell, former Assistant Secretary-General at the Department of Rural and Community Development (DRCD), where he headed the Rural Development, Regional Affairs and Social Enterprise Division from 2016-2021, has written an informative new blog for the NRN on his experience visiting the Munster Vales in August 2021.
