The NRN team in the Rural Studies Centre at NUI Galway continually strive to increase the quality, impact and reach of their research at local, regional, national and global level.
The Centre’s latest outreach efforts have resulted in recent research from Dr Shane Conway calling for the establishment of ‘Farmer’s Yards’, a dedicated social organisation for the older generation of the farming community being featured in Agriland, Ireland’s largest farming news portal.
