Food Safety Authority of Ireland to Host Series of Online Events for Small Food Businesses

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) has announced it will host a series of free online events for small food businesses or indeed those thinking about starting a food business in the future.

This series called ‘Breakfast Bites’ will provide information on different topics related to food safety, and will help existing small food businesses to brush up on the basics of food safety. The first event will take place on Tuesday the 12th of May and to take part you must register with the FSAI beforehand. This is free and can be done here.
