Inishowen Upland Farmers Project Overview
This EIP-AGRI project aims to improve the economic sustainability of farming High Nature Value (HNV) land in Inishowen through the implementation of a range of innovative measures which also deliver on environmental sustainability by increasing biodiversity, improving water quality and combating climate change.

Inishowen Upland Farmers EIP Project – Lessons Learned to Date
Inishowen Upland Farmers EIP Project Manager, Henry O’Donnell, provided an update of the various innovative methods being tested by, and subsequent lessons learned from this EIP-AGRI Operational Group project at the EIP-AGRI Symposium entitled ‘Sharing lessons learned and how these might help to inform Ireland’s CAP Strategic plan’ at the most recent Burren Winterage School held via Zoom in October 2020.
