A number of new investment items have also been added to the PPIS scheme, further information on the new investments included can be found on the Departments website here.

Tranche 26 opened on 9 April 2022 and closed on 1 July 2022. Tranche 27 will open on 2 July 2022 and will close on 23 September 2022. Additional tranches may be announced at a later date.

Updates to TAMS II Reference costings:

Amendments to the reference costs were implemented from the opening of tranche 26 on 9 April 2022.

All applicants are advised to work from the most recent Reference Costs for the scheme: Reference Costings.

When discussing applications with their clients, TAMS II agents and advisors need to ensure they have the most up-to-date version of TAMS II Term & Conditions.

How to avail of new Reference Costs:

It is open to individual applicants to withdraw an application under the scheme and submit a revised application, should they decide that they wish to avail of the increased reference costs from Tranche 26 onwards.
